• Order Processing Times:
• Local orders may take 1 - 2 weeks for processing and delivery.
• International orders may take 2 - 3 weeks for processing and shipping.
• DELIVERY & SHIPPING:
• Delivery fees apply to all local orders based on the delivery area.
• Shipping charges apply to all foreign orders.

 (All international orders are posted out from Qatar via DHL, your Tracking Number will be sent by our sales team).

• ALTERATION POLICY
• Any alterations to the abaya must be requested within 30 days from the date of receipt and the delivery fees are the customer’s responsibility. 
• RETURN & EXCHANGE:
• We only accept returns and exchange for items with tailoring defects or wrong orders within 1 week from the date of receipt.
• Orders must be returned to us in (GOOD CONDITION WITH ALL TAGS).
